As a thank you to all our Patreon supporters, we will do a monthly product giveaway of a movie, TV show on DVD/Blu Ray, a cool software license, iTunes gift card, Amazon gift card, or other fantastic prize valued at $15-$50.
Road Trip!
If this goal is achieved, Golden Spiral Media will take our show on the road! We’ll choose a different city each year and take at least 3 hosts on the road for a LIVE Golden Spiral Media event. Anyone can attend the event in person, but only Patreon supporters will be able to access the live video stream of the event and the podcast that is recorded at the event.

Hey there! I'm Darrell Darnell and I'm the husband of Kari and the father of Addison and Colby. I started podcasting as a hobby in 2008. In 2013 I left my career of nearly 19 years to focus my full attention on Golden Spiral Media and pursue my passion of creating podcasts.

While I hope that the milestone goals and contribution incentives are enough to make it worth your hard earned cash to support Golden Spiral Media, I want you to also understand what the rest of your support money goes to. It takes a regular stream of income to pay for website hosting and media hosting. Golden Spiral Media uses professional quality equipment in our studio, and it’s designed to last a long time, but nothing lasts forever. When a piece of equipment needs to be replaced, it’s usually expensive. I’d also like to upgrade our live show cameras and purchase a high-end audio recorder that would allow us to have a portable studio.
Additionally, I would very much like to be able to compensate our co-hosts for the time, dedication, and work that they put in to each show. Your support of Golden Spiral Media will enable me to do that.
