ART:
Sushi has been tattooing since 2009 (starting her apprenticeship the late summer 2008 ). Sushi has roots in nerd + pop culture, some of her favorite styles are Anime (Dragon ball z, Sailor moon and Pokémon) and video games (RPG, Final fantasy, World of Warcraft, Overwatch), Sushi love's Marvel Comics as well Deadpool being her favorite character. Sushi's style is defiantly that of "bubble gum pop" being very colorful, playful, and whimsical.

MODEL:
Sushi got her start by tattooing & photographing models of all shapes, sizes  looks of all walks of life and adding to her very extensive art portfolio & back ground ( VIEW MORE OF SUSHI'S ART HERE). Cosplay has helped Sushi gain the self confidence she lacked through out the years. Cosplay has earned her many amazing opportunities such as a number of publications in tattoo, pinup, cosplay, and many other forms of magazines, web publications, podcasts, interviews. Gothic Sushi has also had the pleasure of guest hosting at a number of Comic, Gaming and tattoo conventions across the world! 

COSPLAY:
Gothic Sushi started guesting + hosting conventions and events June 2015.
Sushi's first costume created 100% herself was her Lady Loki to dress up with her youngest son for the Sterling Ren. Fair in 2013 ditching her pirate plans the two of them set out to create an original Loki design, very tiny lil THOR along with her oldest son as Fandral they were their very own version of the warriors 3! She become hooked quickly on creating her own custom designs of  her favorite characters and bring them to life years before she even discovered cosplay!

Whether it be a new cosplay, photoshoot, Drawings, Painting, Promoting, etc.,  I tried and find a few hours every now and then to release my built up art needs. Through this to my surprise I got followers just like you. You guys have driven me more and more to create bigger and better things and I'm so happy at what I've been able to accomplish all thanks to each and every one of you (friends, fans, and followers). Sadly creating anything takes money (Fabric, canvases, paint , and a means to living) and while I love to invest in my own art (and try to find as much free time as i can) just expressing my art helps me emotionally! I made this page exists for the soul purpose to help me sustain life and continue doing what I love to do!  and for the people who want to support me in my life long adventure to creating all the things!

Well one would imagine because you want to and you enjoy my antics and hilarity. With your support I won't have to Stop doing what I love because of lack of funds and you all can help me grow into one of the ELITE!! (but without that bad attitude) I also will be connected with so many more of you! Whether it be here on this site or attend more conventions. I get to be closer to you. I will be able to create more of the things you have come to follow me for as well as create new things. Like panels, YouTube, ART classes, more advanced cosplay builds, new leap's into different artistic mediums! and so many other things I've wanted to share with you but have been unable due to funding!
