I'm Graham. I write games, especially games that tell stories. I've won awards for what I've written. If you search for me online, you'll find my games Cthulhu Dark, Disco World, A Taste for Murder and many others.

In the games I love most, people stand up, move around and portray a character. It's an fun and intense experience, which is half-theatre and half-play. My favourite games include I Say A Little Prayer, about the 1980s AIDS crisis among gay men in New York, 'Terps, about interpreters in Iraq and Afghanistan, and The Curse, about women in relationships making life-changing decisions. These are beautiful games. They create experiences that nobody will forget.

I want to share these games. I want more people to experience them. To do that, I need a space to run them in. Not just a pub basement, but a good theatrical space where people can make noise, move around and tell a story.

Most of all, I want to reach out to new audiences. I want to run I Say A Little Prayer for groups of gay men. I want to run 'Terps for young people. I want to run The Curse for groups of women. That's much easier if I've got a friendly, inviting space.

I've found a perfect space: it's The Nursery in London. I'd like to rent that space, once a month, and run games for people.

Anything if you give will help. If I get $10, I can reduce the price for every player by about $2. That's £1, if you're British (and bear with me for the currency conversion). If I get $30, I can cut the price for everyone by half. If I get $60, I can run games for free or start a new space. In other words: whatever you contribute can make a real difference.

I'd love you to play these games. But here's an important thing: I'm not asking you to buy a ticket. I want you to support me in creating these spaces and helping people to play these games. Like I said: I'd like to reach out to new audiences. I can't do that if I book out the games in advance. That's why the reward levels are about supporting people to play, not buying something from me.

Thanks for your support. I hope we get to play sometime.

Everything really helps. Thanks so much.

We'll keep in touch. I'll send you a newsletter to tell you what games we're doing. I'd love to see you at a game sometime.

You've just made the game cheaper for everyone. Because of you, everyone will pay about £1 less. People will play the game that wouldn't have played otherwise. You are great.

I'll write to you personally to thank you. But what really matters is: you've helped people to play the game.

You've halved the price of each game. Because of you, lots of people can play that couldn't have played before. You are amazing.

I'll mention you in every newsletter, if you like. We can even talk about doing some kind of advertisement. But the real thing is: you've helped lots of people play the game.

You've given everyone a space to play in. You've just given us that. I'm overwhelmed.

You've essentially made the space free for everyone. (Or maybe we'll start another space and make them both half-price.)

Do you want to sponsor something? I can thank you or your organisation at the start of every game, if you like. Or name the session after you. Or perhaps you just want to know you've helped people to play. You really have.

Okay, seriously, stop now.

We'll hire out a space, so we can come together to talk about game ideas for a weekend. We'll run this alongside the "festival of games", so we can play and talk.
