TifaIA This was full of feels. I really appreciate all of the work the team has put into Cosplay Boom, particularly with this episode. You captured the love fans have for Star Wars, and that it's more then just dressing up in a costume. We do it to bring that experience from a galaxy far away to our neighborhoods. Wishing you all the best of luck that you're able to reach your fundraising goal. It's sad to see something so beautifully composed may be going away. You all have brought a new spur of hope to the cosplay community. This is where we want our cosplay videography to go, beyond the music videos.

Meet Celestine: Page 1

It. Is. HAPPENING. It's only been, what...? Five years of daydreaming about this comic? To complete the first official page is...well. Surreal. I'm being as cryptic as always with this STILL, but more pages for Celestine will be up as I get them done! Until then- more mysteries! I can't commit to completion times, what with work still a major priority, so hopefully it's steady enough as the months roll on! Page 2 is almost done cookin' though, so it oughta be out very very soon- hooray! Anyway, consider this 'Chapter 1' of sorts as a character introduction! After this, there shall be many more characters for you to meet! Then...well- we'll be going on QUITE the adventure together this year (and hopefully many many more!) So- here we go, finally! *wipes tear* ------- In time I'll launch an official website for this, but we're just getting started, so once I'm further along, I'll set that up! I have oh-so-many-plans for this as it is- so it's one step at a time, that's for sure. Again- I say this A LOT- but hey! This wouldn't have been possible (aaaanytime soon at all) without the support of all you 78 phenomenal patrons. So, please give yourself a big ol' hug for me. I truly truly thank you guys, from the bottom of my heart, for helping me reach this personal goal of mine. It's a dream surely coming to fruition. So trust- the credits page in my physical copies will certainly be including every single one of your names

Mother of the Northern West

My original piece for the month is another more personal tribute of sorts. A somewhat localized Mother Nature concept, rather than her as a 'whole', if you will! I'm very fond of where I live, which is the Northern Idaho panhandle. I grew up here, left for college, and came crawling right back, starving for its peaceful comforts, slow paced life, and quiet tendencies. Northern Idaho, mostly a quick pass through for those making their way to Washington or Montana, or perhaps en route to the border to Canada- but as small and seemingly insignificant my county may seem, it's truly my favorite place on Earth. It's fraught with the most nostalgic and spellbinding memories for me. I spent the best days of my childhood outside on the prairie or at the lake, enjoying what the nature here has to offer, and have only grown to love it more than I can really explain. I only wish I could have fit more of what I enjoy into this piece! All in all- a humble tribute to my beautiful home- in the form of one of my gals :') Up in the mountains where I live, I see a lot of wild animals- more often than people, to be honest! Some of my absolute favorite visitors are the moose (as long as we each keep our respected distance from one another, that is!). I see many deer/elk inspired fantasy girls, but never a moose! So, I had to pay homage to them in some way. Due to the wide shape of their antlers, it seemed fitting to decorate them with bundles of various wildflowers, plants, and weeds that are all native to Northern Idaho. To accompany the vintage greens and golds, I sprinkled in some bright colors with Idaho's national bird, the Mountain Bluebird. Now, setting aside my cheesy ramblings- I'd like to thank you guys for making it possible for me to sit down and do pieces like this. It truly brings me joy, and I only hope that you are all enjoying the results! I also thank you immensely for your patience!
