I am a writer and a fitness freak. So, being the fitness freak I am, most of my articles and blogs are focused on health and wellness giving tips and advices on prevention against diseases, maintaining a good health and have an improved quality of life. I spend most of my time at my desk with my diary, pen and laptop and when it is time to cool off, I run to the gym at every chance I get.
