Besides making cooking videos on YouTube, I run a brick and mortar cooking school in my house in Natick, MA (30 min from Boston).  The topics of my classes and videos include Knife Skills, Fish, Meat, Poultry, Sauces, Orgasmic Vegetables, Beans, Grains, Pies, Tarts, French Pastry, Pizza, Pasta, Grilling, and more.  I often get asked who makes my videos.  I am a one woman show.  I do all the cooking, filming, editing, and laughing at my mistakes.

Your contributions will help me upgrade my video equipment, lighting, editing software, and hire part-time help.  Making videos on a shoestring budget with lots of love and duck tape has been a fun challenge.  But better equipment would mean better quality videos and more of them!
