Setting and Story

When your parents and their best friend and business partner die in an accident, you and his daughter are suddenly in a precarious financial situation. To outfit their laboratory, your parents relied heavily on loans by the Stern Group. Yet, the medical equipment they were developing is still a prototype with little financial value.

With the prospect of having to drop out of college to find work looming over you, you decide to visit Mrs. von Stern -the CEO of the Stern Group- at her office. Your only hope is for her to take pity on you and defer the loan for a few years. Instead, Mrs. von Stern offers you a deal: If you and your friend serve as household staff at her estate over the summer, the debt will be forgiven.

She only asks one thing of her servants: Total obedience.

Themes and Gameplay

Most scenes in Estate : Dominate will feature themes of domination, submission, humiliation and teasing.
As a servant, you have little control over your life at Herrenhaus Stern. On the contrary, you will be forced to carry out any command of Mistress von Stern and her two daughters Elisabeth and Isabella. Commands that will often turn you, your friend Heather and the head maid Anja into little more than playthings.

But while you can not refuse an order, your mind is your own. Depending on your choices, you can increasingly learn to submit, you can try to struggle for some semblance of control, you can do your best to protect your vulnerable friend, or you can realize you relish every opportunity to undermine her.

Every choice you make is tracked individually and will have consequences small and large, immediate and delayed. Your choices are also used to customize the kinky content of the game. A certain willingness to experience different fetishes is required, but anything very niche will always be avoidable through in-game choices.

My main creative goal is to make the explicit events as unique and elaborate as possible, often with a heavy focus on the psychological state of the participants.
In addition, no matter how extreme some events might be, they will always be shot in a way that emphasizes the beauty of the women at the estate.
