Milestone Goals
Start using SocialToaster to organize my team.
SocialToaster is a very cool service that allows artists to organize and incentivize their super fans and grow their brand.
Right now all the people who want to help me promote and grow have no way of doing so. SocialToaster would be a massive improvement.

Get off the road and into the studio
Being on the road is a real problem as far as writing music and teaching are concerned. I love touring, but I need to make a new album and I want to make myself useful as an educator.
If we can get to $3000 a month I will not have to do anything except make stuff and teach in order to support myself and my wife.
When that number is met I will focus on actually making my own music + videos 100% of the time for at least 3 months, probably more.
This will also mean lots and lots of free educational content for everyone.

Because of YOUR support this crazy little experiment has really taken off and now a whole world of possibilities lay before us. You really are the best ever, I am SO LUCKY to have you as Patrons. You guys kick ass, seriously.
OK, so check it out: There is a FIRE inside me right now and it NEEDS to get out. The only way to satisfy it is to do the following ASAP!
1. I NEED to finish my new album
- It is painfully close, but I need to spend much of the rest of 2015 finishing it. There are three singles, two of them have remixes ready, but I still need to wrap up three more tunes before the album is a full length. This takes time in the studio, which means I need your help to get off of the road.
2. I NEED to complete my vision for ProducerDJ.com
- ProducerDJ.com is my effort to create a hub for music tools and education. I want there to be a HUGE selection of courses, templates, presets, samples, sound packs, tutorials and everything in between and I want tons of different artists and bloggers to contribute. I would love to make the artist profiles on ProducerDJ.com more useful than Facebook or Twitter and I want to make sure all of the artists who contribute their talents get paid well for their time.
- The site works, we have proof of concept, BUT I have to have someone manually generate all of the artist pages + accounting for every single guest artist. If the site is going to take off I need to build a back end to handle this info processing and allow all of the guest artists to submit/edit/account for their own content. This basically means a redesign of the infrastructure. Very expensive, but it will be worth it once everything is automated and scalable.
3. I NEED to make the following educational music tools
Bass Sound Design 101 - Video Course + Ableton Racks + Samples
Mixing Secrets 101 - Video Course + Modular Mixing Rack System
Universal Performance Template System - Video Course + Rack Collection + Templates
Making a Track Start To Finish - Video Documentation + Video Course + Project Files
...and maybe you have some suggestions for things you want me to make too? ;)
4. I NEED to make new VJ videos for my live sets
- I just don't have the time or skill to make every single piece of VJ content I use in my live sets. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be able to hire some of my talented friends to make/edit videos for all of my songs I play live. This costs around $500 per track so my 10 track album = $5000 for videos. Yikes.
5. I NEED to start using SocialToaster to incentivize/activate my team
- There is a very cool new service called SocialToaster that has an incentive system for fans to help artists promote and grow.
Right now I have no system for this because I don't have the time to do everything myself. It is silly. My fans are just the best and they all want to help, but without an organized system I would be wasting everyone's time. The SocialToaster system would be a HUGE step up.
Hopefully with your help I can do all of this stuff and more!
