Hello Everyone, 

It's Allison Pelot and Maja Gottlieb of the Integrate Yourself Podcast. We've been certified fitness and nutrition coaches for over 20 years now and our mission is to share with you what matters most in fitness and nutrition after 40.  We're helping people integrate all aspects of health into their lives and you can find out more about us and download your free copy of 6 Steps To Better Digestion at  Pure Energy Wellness .

The idea for our podcast came about when we'd discuss nutrition as it relates to aging (recovery) and hormonal balance (which is what matters most) and how we were stunned at the level of misinformation in our industry. 

The popular approach;  putting your body under intense stress (like intermittent fasting, cutting out a macronutrient or working out to depletion) to lose weight and get healthy is really suppressing your metabolism.  We realized there was a real need for people to know the truth about how their bodies really work.  More specifically, what you need to thrive as you enter our 40's and beyond.  

Our mission is to educate people and share what we've learned about hormonal balance, nutrition, recovery and aging and how you can support your metabolism with science, biology and practical solutions. 

We're also talking to our favorite experts in the field of health and wellness and sharing those interviews with our audience.  Sharing our inspirations, role models and strategies for getting fit and healthy after 40.

Help Us Make Our Goal:

We're sharing creative ways of bringing natural hormonal balance and more energy into your body, using unconventional nutrition, lifestyle and movement practices as your tools.  We want to sell you on your own body's potential to heal and recover using natural techniques that are safe, easy and effective so that your metabolism can work optimally.

We want to make this information available to the world and help make the world a healthier place.  Our intention is to get 10% of our audience to become "active participants" which supports a larger part to the community and helps us get our information out to more people who can benefit.

Our intention is to create valuable content for our patrons as well as provide a place they can come to for support and coaching.  We promise that what you contribute will go back into creating more amazing content, videos and podcasts about nutrition, recovery, aging and hormonal balance.
