About JLE Overcomer

Mission and Story

Mission
We help Christian families who are going through spiritual struggles learn how to build Spiritual Wealth so they can experience transformative benefits Spiritually, Financially, Relationally and make a lasting impact on the world.

At Our JLE Overcomer Conferences
We are committed to helping Christian families leverage the power of God's Word to turn their pain into gain and build Spiritual Wealth in the process. We use our expertise and resources to achieve our Savior's cause further. Since 2011, we’ve been supporting our community members in various ways and measuring our success not by monetary size but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. At our Annual Overcomer Conferences, we share our own experiences. This year's (2021) theme was Building Spiritual Wealth. At this year's Overcomer Conference, we shared the HUSTLEEFUSLL Approach to Building Spiritual Wealth. Just imagine what we can achieve together!

Story
Hi, my name is Nicole Benoit-Roy, Founder of JLE, Inc. My story is entitled “From the fish’s mouth.” I spent over forty years with cursed blood running through my veins, unbeknown to me. First of all, had it not been for God and His omnipresence, no one in my family would know that the reason my hard work for over forty years was such a waste was that the blood transfusion I received as a child was processed using blood offered to deities through human sacrifices. I was under the control of demonic spirits all those years that made sure I would never succeed no matter how hard I tried. And believe me, I tried. I was ambitious, hard-working, success-driven, and I had the college degrees like everyone else. I wanted to get ahead in life like everybody else, except I found myself at the tail almost every two years.

Secondly, I am happy it’s God who revealed it to me through prayer. When God spoke, grace also came out to help alleviate the shock. Without God’s grace, I don’t know if I would be alive still to write about it. As shocking as the Daily News can be, I’ve never heard news like this before. Let alone it’s mine. Thirdly, I realize God will not give anyone a diagnosis without giving them the cure. Only God could have cured me of the curse. He is omnipotent.

As soon as I stopped crying over this news, about two years later, I recalled God giving me His word at the time, saying, “I got you now.” Remembering His promise, I asked Him for complete restoration of my forty years plus of total loss. Even now, I’m still hard-working and driven. I do not expect things to be handed to me, but God seems to think differently.

One day, I was out grocery shopping with my sister-in-law, who needed my assistance for translation. I made sure I left my debit card home to avoid any accidental expenses. I stood there holding the shopping cart for my sister while she picked out the foods she needed. Then the Lord asked me to approach this man who was standing next to me in the supermarket. He was about six feet tall and aged. I was to offer to pray for him. After the prayer, God told me to take a plate of salad from the shelf. I knew I did not have money in my purse because I made sure I left my debit card home while being cashless.

As you know by now, when the Lord speaks, you obey. So, I took the plate of salad that cost six dollars and some change. Just for good measure, I looked in my purse, and there were two five-dollar bills. With a smile, I said, “Thank you, Lord, you’re showing off today.” It was a hearty plate of salad with shredded cheese and pieces of chicken breast. I ate it in the store. Then, the time came to checkout. While on the line, my sister-in-law forgot something. I followed her back to the aisles, knowing that she might need my help, then God said, take something, so I took something. I took a small plate of guacamole. It cost six dollars and some change. Ten dollars would not be enough because I still had to pay for the salad I ate. I looked in my purse and saw another five-dollar bill folded inside the first two five-dollar bills. Of course, my smile was much bigger then, and I said, “Ok Lord, now You’re really showing off for Your daughter.”

God knows our thoughts before we even think them. Just in case I was to think that I might have had the first two five-dollar bills in my purse already, God made sure He proved me wrong by adding another five-dollar bill. Still, I was in awe. I thanked my heavenly Father, my Daddy, who saw fit to give me an experience of what it’s like to pay my bills from the fish’s mouth. Matthew 17:27.
