I am a professional narrator with several series on Audible. Limitless Lands are my most popular books and as of writing have over 1700 reviews averaging 4.7 stars.
I am narrating Mother of Learning written by Nobody103. My aim was to do this for free, however, this involves me recording, editing and proofing myself in my spare time. This takes a while and means the release rate will be slower than it could.
Some kind people on Reddit suggested I start a Patreon so I could pay my editor to do these jobs and speed up the process of recording the whole book.
With funding I would aim for a chapter a week and may even be able to do more.
