Hi! I’m Jaclyn Friedman, independent Feminist Troublemaker and creator of four books, including Yes Means Yes: Visions of Female Sexual Power and a World Without Rape. I’ve led the charge popularizing the affirmative consent standard, forced Facebook to take action against misogyny, single-handedly created a podcast that Marie Claire and Esquire put on their Best-of lists, and exposed Naomi Wolf as a hack before it was cool. I’ve also written lots of short-form stuff for places like the New York Times, Glamour, Vox, and Refinery 29, and been on your TV and radio a bunch talking about things like virginity pledges and #MeToo.
