The woeful truth about myself is that for all my miniscule talents, I lack the fundamental ability of functionally sustaining what I do. I'm terrible at promoting myself, because in my heart, all I want to do is write, make music, film ants and trees, and annoy you with odd metaphors. Everything else drains my soul. The next truth about myself is that I am changing the shape of how words, music, and images are perceived. But no one will ever know. For there are two truths, and they like to disagree with each other every morning over a cup of sugarless, pale coffee.

Everything I am given is and will forever be spent on my love. I can't promise anything more.

How to find me:

You can buy my music on Bandcamp. Bandcamp is great, because you can listen to the music as much as you want. There's no real need to pirate music if you're happy just using a bookmark to get to it. If you're not happy with having to re-download the music every time, though, you run into the problem of having to pay for it.

Frankly, I don't think you ought to be hamstrung just because you don't like my music enough to pay for it. I have no illusions about the general, inaudible nature of most of my musical output. So, I also have an avenue for you to download everything for free, with a Creative Commons license attached: just head on over to the Music page of my blog. You're also absolutely free to share and modify the songs as you wish. If there's someone special in your life whom you'd like to terrorise, just send them Information Theory and kindly forget to tell them to reduce the volume. You won't regret it! (Maybe.)

My basic philosophy when it comes to my musical works is that you ought to have the freedom to acquire them however you wish. If you want to reward me by buying an album or song, great! If you just want to increase your music collection, also great! But the core idea will always be for me to share my music out of love, not an expectation of monetary gain.

The above, and you'll have the pleasure (or displeasure, depending on perspective) of being given access to 'Shades of a Wall', a mindlessly boring, one-man, two-shot short film notable only for the fact that it contains the first footage of my face since 'One'.
