7 years ago I opened a vegan spaceship (restaurant) in Paris, France. Yes, in the capital of the frog legs and foie gras eating country, home of everything butter and stinky cheese. As you can imagine, I obviously quit my day-job to do it. A rocky road led me to understand that most people do not give much thought to where their food comes from, and what happens before food ends up on their plates and in their bellies. What exactly is "food", anyway?

Restaurant patrons soon started asking me to do healthy yummy cooking classes! After having become hooked on how good proper plantbased meals makes the body feel, they wanted to keep up the good work at home! So 5 years ago, I started holding cooking classes in the dining room of the restaurant. I plan on giving you access to all those recipes through this page! 

With time, I converted my small business into a non-profit, and the goal is to be an "insertion" enterprise; at My Kitch'n aspiring entrepreneurs get hands-on training. The restaurant is a non-profit with for-profit activity. With the current situation, as you know, the restaurant industry is going through a very rough time. What is usually a self-sustained activity, now needs a bit of a boost. From Patrons such as yourself! By becoming a Patron, you get access to recipes, speeches and other writings, and behind the scenes information. And we get your financial support to pull through this difficult situation. 

Personally, I need to provide a home, a nice shelter, for my furry rescue buddy Oscar le Bandit. He wrote a book! I will tell you all about it.

In addition to my restaurateur and vegan chef shenanigans, I also give speeches and lectures on various topics related to veganism, food activism, ecological aspects of food production and animal rights. In microphones or megaphones. I plan on putting all those speeches on here, for you! No need to be vegan to benefit from the information, it's an outreach activity not always aimed at those who've already made a decision.

Your help will allow me to better prepare more content. You will unlock all my cooking classes and speeches by becoming a patron. That way, once a cooking class or speech has been given, I will no longer need to repeat the same thing. I can give a different cooking class, or speech or lecture on the same topic, with new information. Like a new chapter. And if you want to remake a recipe, you can just log in and look it up!

There are many more projects I want to put into motion! They've been brewing in my mind for a while now, and need to come to life. And perhaps, with your help, they will! I will tell you ALL about it, and as a patron I will give you behind the scenes insights into the making of.
