Printed out business cards and leaflets are nice to have at exhibitions for example, a quick way of showing what I do.
Photo books of my school work
I would like to print three photo books to keep as a record of what I learned at school. My patrons can view them digitally.
New field easel
With your support I could upgrade my field easel to a better one, which will make the plain air painting experience more pleasant.
One month at The Florence Academy of Art
My childhood dream was to study art in France or Italy. I could make that dream come true with a four week summer course at The Florence Academy of Art, where I would like to study portrait painting and take a sculpture workshop. But I need to cover the costs somehow.
About
Jenny Berggren is a swedish painter and illustrator of children's books, trained at The Swedish Academy of Realist Art. She is a small and curious being born in the town of Umeå, in the northern part of Sweden, where she has lived most of her life. She is fond of spine stitched books, nordic nature and odd stuff that lures ones imagination.

I draw and paint and illustrate children's books. Pictures is my way of communicating, and exploring.
I use traditional media as graphite, ink, colored pencils, charcoal, crayons, watercolour, gouache and oil, sometimes in a mix or collage. I also make prints, like etchings or linoleum cuts.
Since 2013 I have been studying at The Swedish Academy of Realist Art, with the goal to learn how drawing and painting really works. Your support will first of all help me to complete these studies.
