Weekly Meal Plans
$20 or more per month 2 patrons
  • A copy of my easy-to-understand Nutrition Guideline
  • Full meal plans each week, complete with shopping list and additional tips/content


Most weeks will be planned with a "general" audience in mind. Plans can be easily modified slightly to your needs. We use portion size and macros to measure (as opposed to calories). Occasionally, I will include a diet for special groups or specific goals.

Monthly Fitness Programs
$40 or more per month 2 patrons
Full rewards of the meal plan tier, plus:


  • Full workout plan (1 week, progressive over 4 weeks)
  • Video instructional for each plan with explanations, modifications, and other helpful information for that week's plan
  • Monthly specialty videos (workouts that may target a specific area, serve a specific purpose, or target a specific audience)
  • Special discount offers in the shop


In the monthly video, I will explain each movement with proper form and also give tips on how to modify depending on your equipment, your ability, or your gender.

Full Custom Program (LIMITED AT THIS $!)
$200 or more per month 0 of 5 patrons
This price is limited to a maximum of 5 Patrons each month!


  • New Patrons at this level will get an onboarding/intro call with me via Skype video chat
  • 2 Monthly Skype video chats (1. new plan explanation 2. progress/next month planning)
