Getting Personal
I can halve my time on commissions, focus with more intensity on my personal work, and will document and share the process.
The Studio
For the first time, I will have a dedicated studio space. I will focus on large traditional pieces, while documenting and sharing the process, of course. Local patrons are encouraged to meet me during studio hours for some quality goofing-off and coffee.
The Traveller
With this goal met, I can attend more local conventions, give more panels, and meet more friends! Conventions are life-defining moments for me, so if I'm visiting your city, I'd love to meet you!

Nice to meet you! You probably know me as either Jonathan Vair Duncan or Stigmata. I’m a freelance artist living in Cincinnati, USA, with his wife, and puppy. Since 2008 I’ve dabbled in Concept Art, Illustration, Fine arts, and everything in between as a freelancer. Most of my career, however, has been spent working within the furry fandom. My job is a little different. I'm not too far off from a typical freelance illustrator, except for one huge difference: almost every character I render represents his/her/their creator. When I paint a commission, I have to think not only about what my client wants, but what they needs on a level of personal identity. I’ve been taking these experiences and applying them to myself as a form of self-therapy. Since my commissions have proven that art is a healing experience that I can apply to others, I figured it was worth a shot.
