Joplin is a free, open source note taking and to-do application with synchronisation capabilities. The 
notes are searchable, can be tagged and images or other resources can be attached to them. The notes can be <a href="https://joplinapp.org/help/#synchronisation">synchronised</a> with various cloud services including <a href="https://joplinapp.org/plans/">Joplin Cloud</a>, Nextcloud,
 Dropbox, OneDrive or any WebDAV server. All that is supported on multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS (iPhone/iPod/iPad). As it is an open source and non-profit project, we have no revenue and thus we rely on donations - for example to support the infrastructure, to buy the relevant application certificates, to pay for access to the various app stores (the Apple Store in particular), and to support Laurent, the main developer, so that he can spend more time working on the project.
