I make things that people watch on screens under my little NYC-based production shingle, NYEH Entertainment, including the nostalgia-focused documentary series Batteries Not Included where I pester some of the more prolific toy, game and content creators from the 80's and 90'sabout their craft.  I produce a lot of these things out of my own pocket, and while I have zero qualms with doing that (which is why I do so), if enough of the humans who enjoy my shit threw in a buck or two a month, I'd be able to dedicate considerably more time creating said shit and sharing it with those humans.  So if you do enjoy my shit, and can spare a buck or two or however many, let's, like, create more entertaining shit together.
Tiers
Exclusive "Batteries Not Included" Episodes

Every time I release episodes from a new interview (season) with a genius, you'll get an ultra-hyper-secret-x2 episode that will only be shared with my patrons (for three months - would be selfish to withold it forever!)
Become A "Batteries Not Included" Producer
$20 or more per month 1 patron
In addition to receiving the patron-only episode from each season of the series, you'll be listed in the end credits, and on IMDb, as a  producer for all episodes produced in any given month you are a patron at this tier.
Goals
$0 of $800 per month
I hire cinematographers, pay for travel (rental cars, gas, tolls, meals, etc), and pay for my editing software for every genius I interview for Batteries Not Included out of my own pocket.  I hunt all the interviewees down, arrange the interviews, do the research for said interviews, direct and conduct the interviews in person, edit the footage into semi-cohesive episodes, do all the transcribing for captioning files, and handle various media management duties to get the episodes on a platform where an audience can watch it, on my own time.  Time I could (at least theoretically) be spending working for money to buy food and shelter with.  If I had 800 extra bucks a month, I could offset the lost time and money that goes into shooting and editing each interview - which would allow for one of these things to happen every single month...instead of sporadically and whenever I'm able to scrape the time and means together.  So if 800 people throw in a buck a month, I'll throw in my own time and money more frequently than I already do.  Deal?
