Karen Freeman-Smith is creating educational websites

patrons

Thank you for checking out my Patreon page! I build educational websites that focus on job skills that can help people find new or better employment. I'm looking for patrons to help keep these websites online and working so that the website visitors can access the training they need without having to pay for it while they are looking for work. (If one of my websites has helped you land a new job, becoming a patron is a great way to say thank you and pay it forward.)

My top website is ThePracticeTest.com which features a practice test for people who want to become 911 operators. I'm currently expanding and improving the website in between "real" jobs, but...

I have a ton of other ideas that I'd like to build/improve as well: foreign languages, writing, web and mobile application development. If I can find enough patrons to keep my bills paid then I can quit playing around in my "free-time" and really build and maintain these websites the way they should be.

Prove this is a viable alternative to advertising and I'll create a members option that includes ad-free access to The Practice Test as well as the ability to create and share your own typing tests. (Membership to The Practice Test will included in all reward levels)
