A letter from Karrie's friend...
I’m writing to you today because you love Karrie Pavish Anderson (and her music) as much as I do. As a fellow singer-songwriter and friend, I love how her music provides healing and humanity right when we need it. Maybe she does the same for you?
Well, now the tables have turned and Karrie needs our humanity and healing...
A couple months ago, Karrie suffered a serious concussion.
Her symptoms were so scary, she flew out of her little Alaskan town for advanced medical care. She’ll be alright, but only if her brain can rest. Her medical team has warned against too much work and she can withstand only a minimal amount of screentime.
If you’ve ever had a concussion or know someone who has, you’ll understand how serious an injury this is - and you’ll know recovery is slow and requires people to do very little. When someone is concussed, it can affect their concentration, balance, communication, and memory.
Given this, Karrie cannot work. In fact, she can’t even rest at her own home. To be near medical professionals, she’s had to temporarily move and is now paying double for her living expenses.
Not only is she trying to heal, but she’s also stressed about finding ways to pay her numerous uninsured medical bills - or, heck, even the grocery bills..
That’s why I’m reaching out to you today.
Can you help Karrie???
Karrie needs at least $1700 per month to get the nutrition, care, and day-to-day support not covered by insurance. I know the community surrounding her is strong. If we rally together, we can help her manage this cost.
Please join me in making a monthly contribution to her Patreon account.
Let’s show her what community is about. Let’s get her healed and back to healthy!
Please give whatever you can afford. No monthly gift is too small nor too large. Support her for 6 months or as long as you’d like. It will help her in so many ways...
I can only imagine what Karrie must be dealing with. But, I know she can get through this with our help. With your help.
Your financial support matters to music, especially in times like these.
Let’s do our best to help heal Karrie so she can get back to bringing her love and light and healing to so many others.
From my heart to yours, thank you for your generous support!
