Ugh, boo, who's sick of my REEL being my Patreon vid? Me. Help me make a real video & get some actual good stuff in the works!
Premiere!
Final Cut is the worst & I would love to move to Adobe Premiere to edit my videos. This can help get me there!
Script Writing!
Writing a script takes SO MUCH TIME and being able to sit down knowing that I can afford to spend the hours doing it is crucial. When we hit 500/month, I'm able to write things like features or series without worrying about the "day job" troubles. This means we'll have MORE STUFF to play with as we hit higher goals!
One Short Video
I'll be able to create an all-new short film/scene & spend the time required on the project. This includes writing, acting, editing, and so on and definitely requires favors -- but it can be done! First up, Walk's End. When we reach 700/month, I'll get production rolling!
Something Longer!
With a little bit more money, we can shoot a little bit more -- that might mean two videos or just one longer / more involved piece. When we reach 1,000, we can start production on a little bit of a bigger-budget production. Up next? Not Hot! Right now, this is a 3-episode 'pilot' with lots of room to grow!
Full Production on a Short Film or Short Series!
Actors, costumes, lights, the works - we can do a good job creating a short film. It'll still be a lot of favors and a lot of gureilla work, but it can be done! When we reach 3,000, one of my back burnered productions will get shoved into the limelight! Up next, Not Hot: The Series.

Some of you already know me from other projects -- Classic Alice, Kate & Joe, Social Medium, things on your TV -- but if you DON'T know me, hi. I am Kate. I am an actor in Los Angeles who also happens to write, create, produce, and so on.
The harsh reality of living in L.A. is that working day jobs frequently makes it tough to chase your dreams. On top of that, it costs money to make good, quality videos (which I want to do!) and make sure they're edited, colored, and otherwise worth being in front of your eyeballs.
So basically, I would love your help! I would love your support to keep chasing my art (bleh), keep making movies (yay!), and ...stuff!

Right now, Classic Alice is face deep in post production - which is great! Woo! Things are chugging along so very well that I'm ready to turn my face toward what comes next. I have a few things that I would like to get done, some of which are ready to see the light of day.

I have a series called Not Hot, which is written & ready to be shot. Right now, it's just at pitch stage... but I'd love to get that into the world before the end of the year. Currently, it's a 3 episode arc - but with enough funds, I can make it into an entire show! It follows a guy and a girl, two friends, with some quirks & misunderstandings about the world. It's cute, truthful, and if you like Classic Alice, you'll like this somewhat more "grown up" show.
I have a short scene called Walk's End that is, to date, one of my more adult pieces. It's a realistic look at the shifts friendships between women can take. I'd love to film this one, it's one of my favorites. This piece would also be a pitch for a potential feature film.
In the pipes... I have several awesome ideas for pilots. After having so much fun in Alice's world, I really want to move into some more dramatic material & play in that, so I'm tossing around a darker feature film idea that would live in a dystopian future.
There are always ideas. It's just a matter of finding the funds to create them...
