I was raised in a military family, so we moved a lot (more than I listed for brevity sake!), I am the last of five, have two terrific kids from my first marriage, and am married to a man whom I love dearly because he is so different from me and is such a GOOD man! Learned to loved letters as a kid when my brother Richard bought me a Speedball lettering set one summer, and started studying calligraphy seriously as an adult in 2008. Love to experiment with letters and color and make collages with the leftovers. (You could say I have a problem throwing things away). I prefer to say I see beauty in all sorts of things others might throw away, and enjoy the process of putting disparate items together to make something of beauty. It's my hope others might find something I make to be pleasing as well.
