Dharma Talks

Each month I will provide a pre-recorded chat (under 10 minutes) that dives into the selected topic, share a reading and offer a mantra/affirmation to support the intention. The talk would be the guide for the other offerings.

Guided Meditations

In alignment with the selected topic I will offer a guided meditation for repeat use that centers connections to stillness, breath and alignment. The recordings will be moderated by me. Each meditation would last approximately 10 minutes.

Self Study & Reflective Practices
To support the topic and intention for the month I will offer questions to consider on an individual level through journaling and contemplation. This could work as a guide to look at self in connection to the month's topics. Also included would be mindful practices to include in your daily life that can deepen understanding, bring personal awareness and shift perspectives.

Music is such a healing force and one of my favorite ways to shift my mood, ground me and move my body. Each month, in connection with the topic and intention I will share a playlist that invites you to chill, move and enjoy.

Media Recommendations
Each month I will share my recommendations for books, articles, documentaries and other media that can offer deeper understandings, new perspectives and opportunities to gather information. This offering is about expanding the space for co-learning and supporting other creators in the world.

Movement Spaces 
Join me for curated private offerings that will lean into movement, breath & self study. These offerings are always held virtually with a replay available to patrons

About Kelley Palmer

This space is my online offering.

I believe deeply that our liberation are tied to how we breath, how we move, how we build community and how we focus our collective energy. I became a teacher to make access to the practice of yoga and mindfulness accessible to all. Online teaching is not new for me and I feel excited about expanding how I offer community spaces.

Each month I will be selecting a topic of focus that connects the philosophy, practices and teachings of yoga as we set an intention to live a more connected and liberated life. I will share tools for deeper reflection and ways to shift patterns in our daily lives. I am looking forward to offering:

Community Conversations
In honor of the beauty of community, each month (last Wednesday of the month) I will offer a LIVE community chat via zoom. This space will be a place to connect in real time with me and other community members to share, listen and co-learn around the month's topic
