KILOBYTE MAGAZINE is dedicated to all 8bit hard- and software: From consoles to home computers to handheld devices and even calculators. The magazine is published for free at least twice per year and can be read at issuu.com or downloaded from our Google drive. And as Jack Tramiel once put it: It's not how little it costs, it's how much you get. There is so much going on in the vintage computer and console scene that is fascinating: New hardware solutions and great software pop up every month. So although we focus on 8bit machines that date back into the 70s and 80s, there is much to write about.

This is a pure hobbyist thing. It is a way to relive some of the spirit of long gone publications that ruled when 6502 and Z80 processors were in their heydays. If you appreciate the work and time put into each issue, that's great! Please write what you like and if you have any suggestions. And if you want to support KILOBYTE MAGAZINE by your contribution here: A sincere thank you!
