My name is Davon Harris. I am a Calisthenics/Fitness athlete and part-time personal trainer. Here I will be posting my daily/weekly workouts for you to participate in or use as a guide. My workouts will be advance,intermediate and/or beginner level. My training methods are based around lean muscle growth, explosiveness and obtaining advanced calisthenics skills like the Front Lever hold for example.
