Reducing absolute dependency on advertising revenue is a top priority, so new episodes of Far Lands or Bust will play free of pre-roll and in-stream advertisements!

Once-A-Week Twitch Livestream

$1,200 per month

By reaching this monthly milestone I'll set a regular, weekly schedule on my Twitch.tv channel to play various games and interact with fans LIVE! Each livestream will be at least 90-minutes in duration, with the schedule determined with feedback from Patreon supporters! Livestreams will have no mid-stream commercial interruptions.

Remove pre-roll ads on ALL FLoB episodes + NEW equipment

$1,800 per month

Pre-roll and in-stream advertising will be disabled on ALL existing and future episodes of Far Lands or Bust! That means viewers can watch over 380 episodes of Minecraft's greatest journey without ever being interrupted by commercials. Additionally, by maintaining this milestone, I will be able to fast-track build a new dedicated recording computer. This will allow me to record, render, and upload videos simultaneously, leading to fewer technical constraints and more frequent content!

Audio Podcast Edition of FLoB

Do the floating-point jitters in Far Lands or Bust videos make your eyes go wibbly-wobbly? By reaching this goal you'll be funding a separate audio-only downloadable podcast edition of each future episode of FLoB! The series is pretty much a podcast anyway, where I talk about gaming, space news, tell personal stories, and take questions from fans. With the audio available in .mp3 format on your favorite podcast feed aggregator, you'll be able to get your FLoB fix on your commute to work! The podcast edition will be made available without commercials interruption.

Console Gaming!

$3,000 per month

Never say never! Reaching this milestone will allow me to purchase hardware and software necessary to play and capture console game footage. I'd love to be able to plug in the old PS2 and relive classic console gaming memories with my fans, as well as dive head-first into a current gen console and the games we've been missing out on. To sweeten the deal, console gaming videos would have no pre-roll advertisements!

Launch a new VLOG channel on YouTube

At this stretch goal I will launch a new YouTube channel dedicated to video blog style content recorded in the meatspace of the real world! These funds will enable me to purchase quality recording equipment to share my daily life, travelogues, and other crazy ramblings! No pre-roll ads will run with any video on this channel while this goal maintained.
