Hi, I'm Lacey. I am a Boston-based ERYT-200 yoga teacher and a freelance writer. I've made this page to inspire your home yoga practice.

I'll be posting videos of my home practice during my third trimester and baby and me videos postnatally. Yes, that means you'll have the opportunity to watch me grow - from one yogini into two!

But you don't have to be pregnant or post-natal to practice with me. I'll be making videos that are accessible to all bodies, including dogs.

Oh, and my puppy, Blue, will also be helping me teach. See you on your mat!
