Heya! Lachlan here. You are probably one of my amazing subscribers from my Youtube channel. What you may not know is that the channel is funded by viewers like you!
Since June 2014, my channel stopped accepting review units provided by manufacturers. My reviews of products like the V-Moda M100, Sony MDR-Z7 and Takstar Pro 80 were all funded by viewers who wanted to support the channel. Transparency and honesty have always been tremendously important to the way I do things, and I think purchasing gear in retail makes for fairer and more objective reviews. You can see how past pledges have been spent here!
It isn't cheap though. Besides the cost of review units and camera equipment, it does take time for me to produce content.
If you enjoy what I do and you feel that it is worth something to you, I’m asking you to join the people who are helping to fund the channel on Patreon.
Patreon is a crowdfunding website like Kickstarter, but instead of single pledges towards large campaigns, Patreon supports ongoing small contributions for content creators. Pledge whatever you think my content is worth, pledge what you can - every little bit helps.
Even a dollar a month lets other people know that this is something worth spending the time to make an account and pledge for.

This means that if you pledge, you will ONLY be charged if I upload a review video in a particular month, up to a maximum monthly amount you set. You will be notified whenever this might happen.
