About

Hello! My name is Lindsey. I'm a mechanical engineer and engineering educator from Washington, DC who teaches online. I take the questions that kids ask every day and use these questions to help them learn more about math, science, and engineering. I look for the magic combination of authentic engineering and affordable hands-on projects that delight students and encourage them to push their creative problem solving skills to the next level.

I love what I do, and I want to make my work more accessible to a broader audience. Your support on Patreon will enable me to set up student scholarship funds, partner with schools, develop training for teachers, and more. Thank you so much for your support!
Goals
$0 of $300 per month
When I reach $300 a month, I can launch a formal scholarship program where families can receive scholarships that cover up to 50% of tuition.
