They stay with us because we help them practice at home, stay motivated and Jill brings so much more to their yoga - for a very reasonable monthly fee.

Jill’s practice is designed specifically for people aged 45+ in mind. The practice is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and will help you maintain a flexible body and calm mind.
For a small pledge you get access to all our practices. Each week we send you three new practices. These are delivered to your inbox and can be done on your smart devices via an app. You can do the practice at a time that suits your lifestyle. we do stream into our Facebook page most Fridays at 6pm should you wish to sample the practice there.
There is also an extensive archive (150 hours of Yoga) to dip into any time you like.
Whether you want to establish a regular practice once, twice or three times a week, or enhance your current practice, you'll find Jill's practices are accessible, soothing and will help keep you mobile.
We do hope you decide to join us on the mat soon.
