About Patricia Muir

Come THRIVE with Us!
We are thrilled to invite you to join the growing THRIVE community through our new membership platform, Patreon.

THRIVE was initially developed to support women entrepreneurs and executives returning to work during and after cancer treatment. THRIVE is evolving!

We are maintaining our current THRIVE programming and moving forward in response to shared insight and feedback from our community that validates our work and encourages us to grow to impact more women in all phases of their working lives.

We are expanding the scope and broadening our reach to serve the growing communities of stakeholders including women entrepreneurs and executives and the emerging movement of "women working after 60". We acknowledge that these communities can, and often do, intersect throughout the many phases of women's working lives.

To view our growing series of video interviews with dynamic thought leaders, women who are THRIVING and expressing passion for their work during their most productive years and into their 60s and beyond, visit our YouTube channel at  http://www.youtube.com/c/PatriciaMuirMaestroQualityInc

Why THRIVE?
When we consider what women need to truly THRIVE, we know that our sense of thriving comes from building strong community, practising extreme Self-care, and accessing opportunities and resources to succeed personally and professionally.

THRIVE is strategically positioned to scale up with offerings to support more women in multi-generations and in different phases of life to succeed. The following initiatives will underpin the expansion of THRIVE programming:

  • Develop a sustainable sponsorship program to fund
    • ongoing, long-term program development and implementation;
    • scholarships for women who wish to participate in THRIVE programming without additional financial challenges they experience due to cancer treatment.
  • Strengthen market outreach and communicate the benefits of THRIVE programs to key stakeholders and advocates
  • Develop mutli-lingual THRIVE marketing and training materials focusing on inclusion
  • Build intergenerational mentoring connections
  • Launch THRIVE Speaker and Video Program showcasing "seasoned" THRIVERs
  • Increase production and create digital resources for our THRIVE Video Series
  • Develop on-line programs with providing the option of self-paced learning using available technology
  • Develop THRIVE Certified Coach Facilitator Program to expand our geographic reach

How can you help us to help women THRIVE?

With a contribution that works for you, you will help us to do our "best" work in reaching more women who will benefit from our THRIVE programming.

We are a small group of women who are passionate about women's working lives. Additional resources will help us to achieve our goals for positive impact on women's lives.

We are passionate in our solidarity with community groups that support women living and working with cancer and other groups who appreciate the value of helping women to THRIVE through economic empowerment and joy in their personal and professional lives.

As we develop our Patreon community, we would love to hear your thoughts on how we can best provide support or connection to resources for you as a community member.

What do YOU need to THRIVE?
Goals
0% complete
By securing early stage sponsors totaling $2000, we will be able to initiate outreach to corporate sponsors, expand THRIVE’s outreach and impact, and build capacity and organizational development.

We will be able to hire a highly-qualified resource to spearhead initiatives that require specialized skills and experience:
  • Develop a sustainable sponsorship program to fund the following:
    • ongoing, long-term program development, implementation, promotion/awareness, and outreach to key stakeholders who have a stake in successful return to work after cancer
    • scholarships for women who wish to participate in the THRIVE program without further financial challenges due to cancer treatment

Our focus is discernment between supporting cancer research and supporting people living with cancer.
