Hey, it's Maria! If you are on this page, you know how important staying active while juggling all daily responsibilities is. Staying physically active despite seeming so contradictory, gives us more energy to push us further into the day and complete daily routine tasks.

I've struggled with being overweight despite having a full-time job, standing for 12 hours straight and loading up grocery bags being a cashier at a busy supermarket. I ate only TWICE a day. You would think that being so physically active and eating so little would keep me fit. WRONG! I gained over 20 POUNDS in 9 months on my 5"5 tall frame. My weight kept increasing until I decided to intervene. I joined my local gym and went there after work 4 times a week. Despite that I kept gaining weight. 
Through trial error, I managed to become and stay fit as I am now. I am still not near my ideal body goals but I am always moving towards it.

My SECRET to becoming fit is a special approach to training.

On this page, I will post all my workouts that keep me in shape. My mainly HIIT workouts are already available for FREE on Youtube. My weight training and muscle overload days are available to Patrons Only.

Right now I am very new to Patreon and YouTube video-making and I would love to be able to share my workouts with you guys on daily basis. Your contributions are greatly appreciated and will go towards making those daily workout videos (filming and editing done by me) as well as continuously improving on my videos and investing in better filming equipment.
