Welcome! On this page, I am sharing concerts/sessions designed to help listeners find a deeper relationship with their bodies. This concert is more than a music event only. This is a deep relaxation SomaYogaNidra session designed to take you deeper into a conscious relationship to your body and your mind and with that help, you release deep held tensions in the body. Particularly suitable for people dealing with tensions, anxiety, and sleeping problems.

From the comfort of your home, lying down on the floor in a comfortable position wrapped in a warm blanket, you will receive a guided mindfulness meditation for deep relaxation, accompanied with gentle breath work, humming, and toning to take you deeper into a sound healing experience. Every concert session is will have another focus for the meditation practice. From then on I  will take you on a sound journey creating a sound bath using a gentle soothing voice, shamanic drum, gong, and Koshi chimes.

Next to that, I am sharing weekly somatic meditations to help you release tensions and find a deep and more holistic relationship with your body.

I will also be sharing SomaYogaVoice's gentle restorative yoga practice. I have developed yogic sequences using specific trigger point balls to release deeply held tensions in the body, and help restore the posture, the breathing, and rebalance the nervous system.
In Soma Yoga Voice we are working with conscious breath and sound in a practice that I like to refer to as Breath - Hum -Tone practice. There are numerous studies being done on the healing benefits of humming and toning voice practice. Breath-Hum-Tone practice is incorporated in different positions and movement explorations.
