Milestone Goals
Yay! Online store, here I come!
I've been meaning to open an online store for a while now and have decided on Bigcartel. With this goal I will finally be able to open it!
Moleskine Rules! (A5)
Here I will start a Moleskine project - the little one. I will get a Moleskine blank page notebook in A5 size and fill it with daily tiny creations using a different theme every week. Am curious to see what comes out of it!

With this goal achieved I will start a Moleskine project - the big one. I will get a Moleskine blank page notebook in A4 size and make a weekly art, not a sketch or a doodle, but a finished piece and using a different theme every month.
Argh! Prismacolor!!!
At this point I will finally be able to succumb to a Prismacolor pencil set - the important one! -I have been dying to get since forever!
Must.Have.Copix.
Needless to say I've been meaning to get these wonderful markers for a while but never could. With this goal I will be able to get a wide colour range that suits my needs best.
Book!
I would love to put together a book of my art, paintings this time as the monography I had already published is all drawings. I will need the time to work on it's layout and graphic vest and also resources to get my paintings well photographed by a professional.

Due to the lack of time some years ago I have concentrated more on drawing and let my painting aside for a while. Unfortunately that "while" has not ended yet and I would like to use this goal as a heavy motivation to go back to painting and start experimenting in oil (I worked with acrylic paint only so far).
Gallery Assault
With this goal I can have enough copies of my art book printed to send to various galleries in hopes of possible collaboration.
Yes, I am about to say: Honeymoon!!!
I reacently got married but we haven't been able to go on our honeymoon yet for various reasons, the primary being our current financial situation. When I reach this goal we will go on the honeymoon we planned and I will get to see Francis Bacon's Dublin studio and lovely statue of Nike in Louvre, among other things. I will be documenting it all with sketches, photographs and a written diary, all of which I will share in one way or another with all of you when we get back!
Berlin!
Yes, this has been a dream of mine for quite some time now - move my life to Berlin! My first time in this exciting city was when I made my public "debut" in a group show for Infantelina Contemporary Gallery. It was a marvelous weekend that filled me with hope that some day I just might "make it" in the art world. As it turns out unfortunately I am not quite there yet. But my will is firm and my spirit is strong! As is my desire to live Berlin in all of it's glory! So if we have come this far together you already know that I'm packing my bags as we speek and also thinking about all the surprises I will be sending you with a Berlin stamp from now on!!!
About
I am Slovenian born and raised but now married to Italy where my current base is.
In addition to drawing which is my primary focus these days I also paint, create unique accessories, design tattoos, play within the graphics field, occasionally model and basically do anything that would keep me occupied in the realms of art. I have collaborated on music videos and photo shoots as make up artist, set designer, costumist and storyboard designer.
My first public exhibition happened in Berlin and it was a joyous moment indeed! I have since shown my art in both Slovenia and Italy but am now hoping for a broader range of exposure.
I selfpublished my very first monography "Peliccula Succubus Incubus" for which I have curated both graphic design and the artistic direction. You can find it here:

What
do I do?
I have been creating my whole life and it's always been a powerful way for me to express what I saw and felt within me but could not put in to words. My art has been my best friend, my punching bag, my shoulder to cry on, my xanax, my sleeping pill, my white picket fence, my Zen garden, my happy place... my everything. And it still is the one thing I have absolutely no doubts about when meditating on what I want to do when I grow up! So yes, I am an artist. The kind that lives at night because I just neeeeed to finish this drawing, the kind that forgets to eat because I'm in over my head in painting, the kind that has neighbors hating me for that one song that keeps playing in a continuous loop because it brings out the necessary for the piece I'm working on... so, I draw and I paint and I do a lot of other stuff too - as long as it has something to do with the female version of the world!
