These deep dives will include things like...
  • progressions, drills, or modifications for a move or sequence
  • breaking down the finer details of a tricky move you may not be able to figure out on your own
  • diving into technical concepts behind what's shown in a video
  • sharing my creation process behind a particular move or sequence.
I have so much more detailed knowledge and insight than I could possibly share for free on IG, based on over a decade of experience teaching these movements and sequences to students of all levels and walks of life.
