As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT)  Ayurvedic Marma Therapist and Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (HTCP), I will provide you with accessible embodiment practices and knowledge that can help you gain appreciation for your unique gifts.

Personally, my biggest blessing is being the mother of three heart centered Gen Z's - a son and identical twin daughters!  When the left-brained part of owning a business requires escape, you’ll find me chanting to my chickens; but writing has always been my greatest purge and pleasure. I see every day of our ordinary lives as an opportunity to write our own version of James Joyce’s Ulysses. If we are mindful and continually dig beyond the complicated “humanness”, the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
