About Mental Health Gaming

I setup Mental Health Gaming as a personal project. I found that the gaming industry can have a major effect on mental health. Both in a negative way, but also an almighty positive way. 

I wanted to create a space where this can be talked about and also to normalise the discussion around Mental Health. 

This is done as a mixture of podcasts, written articles and also adds in standard game reviews and discussion. 

I hope you find this as useful as I am. 

I have the basics set up for Mental Health Gaming, but need to try and take the next step. I want to eventually produce a series of videos that look deeper into Mental Health in games and to do that I will need funding. 

So anything that you can do to help keep MHG going and make my longer term goals a reality will be gratefully welcomed.
