My name is Mia Schwartz and I'm a cartoonist and illustrator!

I'm a recent graduate from SVA's Cartooning program and I've been both working with publishers and self-publishing my own comics since 2010. In 2013 Rigged Books put out my first book, Strawberries, and Adult Mag picked up Charivari, my ongoing erotic comic with writer Chris Randle.
I've also appeared in Study Group's Issue #3D and interviewed with Ben Urkowitz for Comics Workbook Magazine.
For 2015 I'm lucky to be working on a couple projects I'm really, really excited about, but it's going to be months and in some cases years until they get seen by the public. Since I've been collecting my sketches and comics for zines and PDFs, it's been harder for me to share what I'm doing for free. Supporting me here gives you access to my sketchbook, production notes, journal comics and basically anything else I can think of.
