Movie Burgers Just found your channel recently, but I'm already a big fan. I greatly respect not just the clarity with which you present your thoughts and propositions, but that you've managed to draw an audience not many people think exists. As a member of that very audience, I'm thankful. And can only I hope that my own videos reach the quality of yours sooner rather than later. All the best.

William Brine You've not posted up your video on Children of Men here yet, but wanted to let you know they played it on Concession Stand on Geek & Sundry twitch. Sparked good discussion.

Jose Alvarado Amazing video essay! Alfonso Cuaron is one of the best (my humble opinion) modern directors. The way you analyze every art, especially in cinema is very unique and passional. Thank you!!!

Dylan Byth Thanks again for this Tony! As a Coquitlamite who spends a lot of time in the MetroVan area it's really nice to finally see someone lay everything out and give a case for creating our own identity. Keep it up!

Cameron Donaldson I agree. I've been living in Toronto for a while now, but am originally from BC. I loved seeing you give Vancouver some attention. Also, I grew up on Como Lake Ave, about a 1 minute walk west of Blue Mountain St. Small world.

Ira Abramov Excellent! I'm happy you saved time and didn't show all the TV shows in addition (most of the X-Files, I believe? :-)

Greg Hill-Turner I want to thank you for making this video. Ghost in the Shell is one of my favourite films, and the defining achievement of Japanese animation. I had planned to write something similar (though nowhere near as eloquently as you have here) on the film's exploration of identity and gender. Now, I don't have to! This, and all your other fascinating essays, make me proud to support you.

Aisha Clarke I thought this was very interesting, even if I preferred the Children of Men video for its depth of analysis. Looking forward to the next video!
