Part of this project is about sharing nature stories because I think the more that we share our own stories, the more it will inspire others to find their own solace in nature. About Mind Body & Soul

I'm an outdoor filmmaker with a focus on exploring the benefits of spending time in nature. I've thru-hiked thousands of miles on some of America's most difficult routes. Over the years I have come to think of nature as a perspective calibration tool. If we use it properly we can live happier, healthier and more resilient lives. I believe that we still have a lot to learn from nature and that many of the problems we see in modern society stem from a disconnection with nature at the individual level. It has become my mission to share what I've found in nature and inspire others to seek out those lessons for themselves.
