old_MK Excellent! However, if I have to look like a NMR in order to live longer, then never mind! No, seriously, it's good research to maybe help some people with certain medical conditions, I suppose, or perhaps to help us to look and feel younger and better while we're here, but I certainly DON'T want to live forever. 70 - 100 years is plenty for me, thank you!

Maarten Daalder What is also amazing is that the Dragon capsule was sending telemetry after the breakup. It was suggested that if it had been the manned Dragon 2 capsule on top of the Falcon the humans inside could have opened the parachute and survive the explosion.

William Ackerman I was actually introduced to HI last week at a scientific conference in which a colleague and I were discussing Brady's videos. Just started listening to the podcast, and am quite impressed, even when you guys blather on about YouTube half-assery. Keep up the good work, and if you want to work in a Feynman Corner, that would be okay by me.

Michael Love the show. I think the disconnect on the Science Beauty thing is that knowing something about a thing does not necessarily translate into talking about that knowledge every time the thing comes up. So, for example, I know how a rainbow is formed and the scientific reasons for its existence, BUT I can still just appreciate the beauty of the rainbow sometimes without thinking about all of that at the time.

Earl D Yates Thanks Destin! While I hope that these Scientists are able to find a way to stop the spread of this disease, there are some far reaching implications. This is the first time that I've ever heard of a cancer that is contagious. If a strain of cancer can become communicable among Tasmanian Devils, there is a possibility that some strain of cancer could mutate and become contagious between humans. So, helping to find a cure for these rare critters may in turn, help to prevent a similar outbreak among the human species.

i❤computers Already my fav epi!!! I say that cause POVs were a big thing among the maker community. Heck, we even added them to the spoke of our bikes (www.ladyada.net/make/spokepov). Seeing that moving average visualized and graphed and applying a POV video effect on that high-speed footage finally brought to light the illusion makers were exploiting all these years :D

Kyle Sayers Super awesome video! What I love about Destin is that he's learning with us. It's not a lecture that glosses over a bunch of stuff, but a real human who gets excited, just like we do. Keep doing what you do :)

remm This is one of your best ever. I think that judgement could result from how I normally listen to HI while working, where my attention is a little distracted by said work, so this first-ever video component is different in that it necessitates full attention, so I've potential to get more out of it maybe? And, great job with the editing. Going into it I was interested to see how the video component would clash with Grey's audio editing syle, but I think that too was a success.

Christine Crawford Absolutely loved this episode!! Not only did I just love the fact that it was a real video and not one of those "keep something moving on the screen" videos ;), the content was brilliant! Definitely highly enjoyable! And I had no idea that one of Brady's multitude of channels was looking thru stuff at the Royal Society! I will be searching for that one! :)
