Hello there, writerly friend!

My name is M. Kirin, and for the last three years I’ve been running a Writing Advice Blog (maxkirin.tumblr.com) along with a Writing Advice YouTube Channel (youtube.com/mistrekirin) creating inspirational content for writers, story seeds, character questions, and some of the weirdest prompts ever!

The goal of my blog, and my writing, is to empower my fellow writers to write. I created my Blog and my YouTube Channel as a safe place for writers to ask questions, seek advice, grow, and improve on their craft.

I do all of this because I believe everyone has the ability to create art. To tell stories is an innate need of the human spirit, and I strive to show by example that we can overcome disabilities, language barriers, and personal struggles, in the pursuit of creating art.

FEEDBACK: Page-by-page feedback. Yes. The way we did it in college. This tier is reserved for people who are looking to get my input on some of their writing. You can read the full list of caveats over at (maxkirin.tumblr.com/wordsmith), but here’s the basics:

I will give you monthly feedback on a piece (or selection from your novel) that is approximately 2,500 words in length. I will tailor the feedback to your specifications (again, check out the caveats page to know more). I will write you a page summarizing my thoughts on the piece, scan the whole document, and email it to your back as a PDF.

Again, this tier is reserved for people who are looking for feedback. This is a long process and that is why I only have it set to a maximum of 10 people. If you have any questions, please email me to [email protected] /* */ and I would be glad to answer them for you!
