Hello, I'm Mouna! I'm a Black queer library science student who makes characters, zines, comics, illustrations (original and fanart), and Japanese-to-English song lyric adaptation!

What I Create

I aim to create inclusive stories featuring diverse characters of a variety of backgrounds and identities. My target demographic is primarily femme people and LGBT+ people.

I've created short comics for anthologies such as Dirty Diamonds, and DC Conspiracy's Magic Bullet. I'm always on the lookout for zines and anthology opportunities, but these days I'm focusing more on producing my own self-published work.

I also dabble in music on the side-- I make playlists about my original stories, I play harmonica, and I write English-language adaptations for non-English song lyrics.

How I benefit as an Artist
Commission and anthology payments are not enough for most artists to get by. I firmly believe that the time spent on artwork is truly valuable.  
Your patronage will help me produce comics and illustrations more often, hopefully as part-time income!
