By this time, I will hopefully have my instrument rating as well as CFI-I, which will call for more cameras and editing to capture the exciting sights of IFR Flying and cloud surfing with my students!

At this point, MrAviation101 will be a full time job. A dream come true! I'd be able to focus all of my time to creating epic aviation videos and films for y'all!

I'm Josh, an 18 year-old Private Pilot who loves film, loves flying, and loves to combine the two! I began flying when I was 14 years old, and have been enjoying the privilege to fly ever since! I've lived in Austin, Texas my whole life, and now live in San Marcos, Texas while attending Texas State University with a major of Electrical Engineering.

My videos will always be free. Aviation is worth Capturing, and I believe that it should be shared with the world free of charge, I could just use a little help from y'all! By donating, you will help develop MrAviation101 into the Aviation Channel we've all been looking for, and will allow the channel to continue inspiring it's viewers to get their Pilot's Licenses!
Ever since I was a little boy, I've always been intrigued by airplanes. I've also had a very strong passion for film making, which laid dormant until I decided to create a YouTube Channel about flying. My parents provided me the priceless opportunity to begin flight training at a very early age, so it is needless to say MrAviation101 would not be where it is now without them.
Over time, my goals of the channel shifted. I began with the mindset of MrAviation101 being a channel where I can simply edit and share my flight experiences with the world; that quickly changed. I soon began receiving messages from viewers expressing how great they thought the videos were, this inspired me to continue to make the videos knowing they were being complimented, however this is not what impacted me the most. I began to receive private messages and letters in the mail from viewers, both kids and adults, stating that my videos inspired them to call their local flight school and schedule their first lesson. A select few of those individuals, we're adults who had quite flying decades ago, but got back into it because my videos INSPIRED them. This was a game-changer for me.
Through the months and years, these viewers contact me to tell me that they have successfully passed the practical test and are now a licensed pilot, and to remind me that it was my videos that inspired them to do it.
There are no words to describe how it feels to make an impact that significant on someone's life, but all I can hope is that the channel continues to grow, and continues to strike the interest of thousands of people worldwide, and you can help!
