Tired of mediocre weightlifting results?  Feel led astray by every next "coach" with a newly-minted Level 1?  Done with new age weightlifting pundits that confuse everyone with their anecdotal broscience?

Me too.  I've been quite vocal about the commoditization of weightlifting coaching and the damage it does to our sport.  But instead of sitting on the sidelines, I decided to start this page to give back in a different way.  My goal is not to make money off this or you as an athlete.  I'm not going to sell you some lock-stock templated programs and then disappear like other disingenuous "coaches" out there.

I want to help you guys out but in an authentic, personalized way.  Got programming questions or need help writing both long term and short term development plans?  Want feedback on your individual lifts?  Got diet questions?  Hit me up.  

I'm no professional but here's some quick background on me.  Former college baseball player (catcher) with two ACL replacements under my belt on my left knee.  Been lifting weights in a strength and conditioning capacity since I was 12 years old, and I turn 27 this November.  Been practicing the sport of weightlifting for nearly 8 years now, and been coaching and helping others learn and develop in the sport for 4.  I've studied and sampled from a lot of different schools of thought in weightlifting, but I would confidently say I am a purveyor of Eastern European/Russian technique, coaching, and programming.  My lifting/coaching/programming styles and methods are a unique synthesis of original Medvedyev, Roman, Dvorkin, Verkhoshanksy and translated works by Bob Takano.
