Jonathan Blackwell and Angela Nash met in Australia in 2011 and were married in 2013 after mounting an Ethical Fashion Pop-up during Sydney Fashion Week earlier that year. In 2015 the couple moved to Lubbock, Texas and founded Nashwell LLC, a parent company to their collective interests of Art at, Work at, Bespoke at Nashwell Bespoke, and Bakery at Nashwell Bespoke Bakery. Their coworking space in Adventure Park at has been growing alongside Jonathan’s work as a Local Guide. is a Texas-based coworking space appealing to those with international interests and a local focus. Educators, Startups, Grad Students and Online Business Owners will learn from events with informative guests and grow with fellow members. Everyone gets one free day of office space and pro-rated dues in the first month. The flagship location is located in Lubbock's new Creative Entertainment District at 5105 29th Drive 79407 on the Marsha Sharp Freeway. In 2018 we applied for the grant and continue to seek funding from like-minded partners, many of whom are clients and NashwellCo.workers.

The About section of Linebrand at tells some of this story. Jonathan Blackwell is an artist, known as Lineaist, born in Lubbock, Texas, who became one of Duke University's first Visual Art majors in 2001. That coined his artist name, more at, and fueled his interest in DIY art spaces like DADA, the Durham Association for Downtown Arts, founded by fellow Duke grads earlier this century.

Jonathan received a call from Meow Wolf on January 10, 2017 after he and his wife Angela first visited The House of Eternal Return in Santa Fe and left a message at the old Silva Lanes to seek future partnership. The Linebrand office, co-located with on the shared site of the, has currently helped to raise over $100K for the Lubbock Aquarium where Jonathan serves as a Director on the LASA committee (Lubbock Aquarium Student Ambassadors). This grant will fuel ideas for a fully immersive Lubbock Aquarium DIY installation.

The production company at Linebrand is the commercial extension of Lineaist. After getting an MBA in Sydney, Australia, Blackwell gained a global confidence in art production and also produced three music albums on  It was in this same period that Linebrand was founded, and when Jonathan married Angela Nash-Blackwell, a fashion designer and pastry chef.

The couple founded Nashwell LLC in Texas when they moved from Sydney in 2015 to start the Marketing Department at the Museum of Texas Tech University with Jonathan as their first Marketing Manager and Angela assisting in the Fashion and Textile collection curated by Marian Ann Montgomery, PhD.  More information at

Angela is now employed as the Pastry Chef at and her work under Nashwell falls into Lubbock is home to over 250M people and our cultural relevance in the district is being rewarded with construction of Buddy Holly Hall:

Jonathan has been working on a PhD as a grad student and instructor at the Rawls College of Business and Texas Tech University College of Media & Communication (CoMC).  Other CoMC students have worked as Linebrand contractors, and our purpose to seek Patreon funding is to bring all of our businesses and communities together with one funding source to complete a singular artistic vision.

Under the brand of I have provided office space for strategic partners and clients alongside Linebrand at Adventure Park, and over Christmas 2018 Jonathan and Angela painted their first mural  together, now on display at Adventure Park's Expedition Cafe. Funded in part by a donation to the Lubbock Aquarium, the mural is an artistic rendering of an aquarium with native river fish species.

With honorary NashwellCo.workers through Patreon support, we can turn into a creative coworking space on par with HUB Australia’s William St location in Sydney, where Angela and Jonathan were founding members and helped paint their mural, all visible in the HUB Sydney launch video here:

This coworking community will soon expand into the Lubbock Aquarium, as alluded to in the Linebrand Off the Record video provided with Kai Evans of Adventure Park: Patron support will help us bring Duke Alumni Artists and International Coworkers to the Lubbock Aquarium district.

This model of artistic and commercial patronage follows the model of the Medici, a major source of inspiration for Nashwell, as Jonathan and Angela both attended art and design schools in Florence where the historic banking family funded the Italian Renaissance.  When Jonathan was a consultant in Sydney, he was able to afford his own patronage as an alumnus of Studio Arts College International (SACI), naming the Blackwell Design Library at SACI’s Jules Maidoff Palazzo.  More information at

Nashwell aims to provide new content and resources to highlight NashwellCo.workers and their ventures, ranging from renewable energy and real estate to digital marketing and professional services.  Patreon support will help to guide and curate this effort to mutual benefit, as our content will inform and entertain a broad range of business owners and content followers.

Featured in this Intro Video is Javier Lomeli, Founder and CEO of Brightview Growth Coaching, and a cameo appearance by Craig Collier, Project Director at Del Llano Resources Group, on a typical Saturday in the dynamic space across from Adventure Park and the future site of the Lubbock Aquarium where aims to expand with Patreon support.
