I have been writing for most of my thirty-plus years of life. I hand-wrote novels in school, my teachers would even reward the class if we behaved by allowing me to read aloud for the final minutes. I see and experience stories everywhere: books, movies, games, life- most especially life. I can't help but look at the world as a story, people as characters. As a result, the characters of my books are just as real to me as life itself, often taking on a life of their own in the pages I pen. I am a winner of Nanowrimo, a competition where an author completes a novel 50,000+ words within thirty days. I eat, sleep, and breath writing. I write every second, of every minute, of every day. If I go anywhere that isn't a coffee shop I frequent, if I have an errand or a meeting, I bring my laptop or have a notebook to continue work on my latest novel. My friends have grown accustom to seeing the back of my computer between us. I have mapped out around thirty novels and I average one a year for a total of five thus far, not including other writing projects for scripts or contests.
