What is New Kind of Memory?

New Kind of Memory, NKOM for short, is a stream-of-consciousness blog that I post to weekly.

Why did I create a Patreon?

I'm working on getting published and getting my novels and short story collections on your bookshelves or in your e-reader, so until I can start making a living from that, help give me more time to create here.

What do I think about you if you decide to become a Patron?

Oh my god, I'd love you.

How much should you support?

$1 a month is $12 a year. I'm as of yet a completely unknown writer--any amount would be appreciated. You should support me in direct relation to how much value you think my talent is worth. If you can afford $12, and you think the work on my blog is worth $12, then by all means, contribute that much. If you can afford more, and therefore think my talent is worth more, relative to what your income is, than contribute that amount.

What do you get for your support?

You keep my morale up, my funds a little less tight, and therefore my progress towards publication that much more certain. Also, I'll put the names of every contributor into the first book that I ever get published.
