EbbnFlowmies will get access to weekly 10- \15 minute workout routines that will unlock your mind and body through targeted routines using EbbnFlow.

Through the exploration of breath and movement, combining dance and yoga, I will do my best to guide you to a place of, peace , inner strength, and a deeper connection with all, while getting in a great work out!

If your hands are too full to make it to the gym, or you're afraid to walk into a yoga class; grab a mat and in just a short time we’ll connect , workout, and maybe even touch our toes together.
